Why we started
After more than two decades as a registered nurse, Melissa Rocamora witnessed firsthand how overwhelming the healthcare system can be for seniors and their families. Too often, patients left appointments confused, families struggled to coordinate care across multiple providers, and transitions between settings were chaotic and stressful.
She founded Eldercare Concierge & Consulting Services to fill that gap — bringing clinical expertise, genuine compassion, and hands-on guidance to families navigating one of life's most challenging chapters.
Today, our team serves families across Hillsborough County, FL, offering private-pay concierge services designed around each client's unique needs, goals, and circumstances.
